Strategy

We’re a small firm with a personalized approach.

Capital Financial has a different strategy than a lot of the bigger companies out there. A large consulting firm may have thousands of employees around the world, but because of an exceptionally large amount of clients, the staff can be overworked and overwhelmed.

When working with Capital Financial, you are the big fish in our pond.

Our staff is able to offer best-in-class consulting and service using three steps:

Inform
Staying informed with The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), or Obamacare, is important in establishing the right employee benefits program for your company. We’ll alert you to the latest in industry changes and evaluate existing strategies and healthcare costs.

Prepare
Quarterly meetings (performance reviews) are invaluable to our process. They allow us to prepare and project for the future, giving us insight into how a customized benefits program will fit into your budget. They also help us set expectations for the following year. We prepare RFPs for public procurement to easily show that our team has invested quality time to make sure your company is getting a good product at the right price.

Communicate
When a new benefits program is on the horizon, employees expect a smooth transition. Our staff is trained to communicate with employees through seminars, benefit guides and multiple unique enrollment strategies, ensuring the transition is seamless.

Philosophy

Capital Financial is an employee benefits consulting firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to companies in any industry. Our staff specializes in developing benefits programs that fit any given budget while ensuring employees are satisfied.

Employee benefits often are a large part of a company’s budgeting plan, so we understand the importance of establishing a cost-effective program that meets your specific needs. We have worked with businesses with as little as 25 employees and with more than 1,500. No matter the size, the goal is always the same: provide exceptional service so you and your employees can have peace of mind.

Our consultation services include:

• Procurement and product evaluation
• Fully insured and alternate-funded medical programs
• Ancillary and worksite benefit programs
• Employee communication strategies and engagement
• Commercial and Workers’ Compensation programs

Capital Financial is as an independent consulting firm, allowing us to be unbiased and uninfluenced in our recommendations to our clients. We provide value for our clients by working with only the highest-rated companies in the employee benefits market.

Experience

The partners at Capital Financial work with hundreds of companies, collectively bringing decades of valuable experience to our company. We use our knowledge to customize benefits programs to any given company’s specific needs.

Public Sector
Employee satisfaction in the public-sector industries, such as education, often depends on benefits more so than other markets. Our experience in the public sector puts us in a position to meet our clients’ unique expectations. More importantly, we stay up to date with the latest trends and offer fresh insight and strategy to develop effective benefits programs.

Private Sector
Companies in the private sector require customized benefits programs to meet the needs of their specific employee population. We deliver these programs so they remain competitive in the marketplace while maintaining a staff of satisfied employees.

Research

The healthcare and benefits industries are constantly evolving. The passing of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), or Obamacare, was a historical event in the United States, and it’s critical for employers to be aware of how they’re affected. Now more than ever, it’s important to work with a knowledgeable consultant. Capital Financial works with companies to ensure they’re aware of their new responsibilities and the penalties for not complying with policy changes.

Our education directly affects our clients, so we know how important it is to keep up with the latest trends. We perform research through seminars, newsletters and periodicals from industry leaders. In doing so, we’re in a position to tailor benefits programs that’ll fit your budget and give your employees the confidence they want in regards to healthcare.
